Since graduating with a degree (Bachelor of Applied Science : Aquaculture, University of Tasmania, Australia) in 1994, I have worked in pearl farming as a specialist in the cultivation of Pinctada maxima (silver-lipped / gold-lipped pearl oyster) in Australia and S.E.Asia.
With over 25 years experience in Pearl Farming and Consulting on large commercial pearl farms, I have gained considerable knowledge in the endless quest to produce the perfect South Sea Pearl.
South Sea Pearls are the largest, most highly prized pearls in the world. These fine cultured pearls are the product of a natural process within one oyster, therefore making each pearl unique.
